Downtown Los Angeles Penthouse Air Handling System

Replaced all components of the building air handling system. Provide overtime labor to rig new eight Chicago blower fans, fan stands, chilled water coils, plenums, steel, and misc. material through the 25th floor fresh air intake. Provide staged replacement of four supply fans and four return fans. Provide labor to replace to separate sections of chilled water coils and all associated trim. SCFS performed a 14-hour crane rig lifting 104 items to the roof through the make-up air vent, landed the equipment and rigged into staging area. All work performed while building stayed in operation with no disruption to tenant.
