Glen Bartolini has been involved in commercial real estate for the past 7 years centering on increasing shareholder value. 

Glen began his real estate career as a portfolio analyst for a REIT specializing in acquiring distressed assets. From there he has worked with several companies providing mechanical and electrical solutions as a third-party vendor for most commercial properties. Currently, he is the VP of Business Development at South Coast Facility Services providing expertise in sales and sales management established by 20+ years of industry knowledge. His primary focus is on building long-term relationships in the biotech, pharma, and medical sectors.
